• Ensure they own or have rights to all submitted materials

• Provide accurate business information

Delays in communication may delay project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive rights to the final approved website/design deliverables.

• Shariq Enterprises retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All preliminary designs, drafts, and concepts remain the property of Shariq Enterprises unless paid for in full.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive for optimal results:

• SEO rankings are not guaranteed.

• Ad performance cannot be guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms or ad platform policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shariq Enterprises shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue or business interruption

• Third-party service failures

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

• Payments are not made
