1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Deposits secure time, planning, and resource allocation for your project.

2. Website Design & Development

• Refunds are not available after project work has started.

• If the client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Once final files or website access is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. SEO & Marketing Services

• Monthly services are non-refundable once work has been performed.

• Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable.

• Results are not guaranteed; therefore, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate service termination

• Legal action if applicable

We encourage clients to contact us to resolve any concerns.
